Dr. Register is IN! This three-time UAB graduate is a native of Birmingham and literally grew up on UAB’s campus with her first home being family/student housing at UAB. She is an avid supporter of Blazer athletics and resides in Hoover, Alabama.

Prasenjit Chaudhuri is IN! In 1998 he earned his M.A. in computer and information sciences from UAB’s College of Arts and Sciences.

Vinod Sridharan is IN! He earned his master’s degree in multi-disciplinary biomedical sciences from the UAB School of Medicine and is now working on the development of a multifunctional therapy to treat brain cancers.

Kimberley Smith is IN! She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from UAB in 2014 before becoming a nurse practitioner in North Carolina. Kimberley has now returned to UAB in order to obtain her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.

Dishant Mathur is IN! UAB provided Dishant with the opportunity to come to America, where he achieved his dream and graduated with a Master of Science degree in computer and information sciences in 2018. He is now a cyber threat investigator at LinkedIn in New York.

Carmen Mitchell is IN! She received her B.S. in health sciences in 2009 and her M.S. in healthcare quality and safety in 2019 from UAB. Currently, Carmen is the assistant director of research for the College of Nursing at USF in sunny Tampa, Florida.
