Celestia Morgan is IN! She honed her photography skills during her undergrad studies at UAB and now showcases her talents across the country. As a graduate of UAB, her membership to the NAS is free and automatic–From Here On IN.
The Craigs are IN—with seven degrees from UAB between them! Skip, Mark, Jennifer, and Emily take the meaning of UAB Family to an entirely different level. Skip earned his M.B.A. from UAB in 1990, and his son, Mark, earned a B.S. in Business in 2005 (while serving as president of Gang Green) and an M.B.A. in 2012. Emily earned her B.S. in Education in 2011 and an M.P.A. from UAB in 2015. Mark’s wife, Jennifer, earned her B.S. from the College of Arts and Sciences in 2009 and became the first Doctor Craig when she earner her O.D. from the School of Optometry in 2013. No matter the school, the degree, or the year, as alumni of UAB, the Craigs are all automatically enrolled in the NAS at no cost—no family discount needed. The same goes for you! Mark Belcher is IN! He earned his B.A. in Mathematics in 2013 from the College of Arts and Sciences.
Jessica Davis is IN! Jessica graduated from the School of Education in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science.
Cedric Hampton is IN! He earned a degree in history with a minor in health education while playing football from 2001 to 2006. He’s also a proud member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc.
Kristin Lottman is IN! Kristin has earned three degrees from UAB: a Bachelor of Science in 2013, a Master of Science in 2015, and a Ph.D. in 2018, all in biomedical engineering. She is now a medical writer for Medpace in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Krista Niedermeier is IN! Krista is a three-time graduate from UAB who earned her BSN in 1998, her MNA in 2006, and her DNP in 2013. This caring and gifted alum is now a certified registered nurse anesthetist for Children’s Hospital.
Danielle Foster is IN! After earning her bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy in 2013, she continued her education and earned her master’s degree in community health in 2020. Danielle is a current registered respiratory therapist at UAB and Special Care Providers.
Keith Wright is IN! Keith’s hard work paid off in 2013 when he graduated with his Bachelor of Science in management information systems. Now, he is a technical consultant at SAP in the greater Birmingham area.
Alexandra Smith is IN! In 2013, she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in photography and printmaking from the UAB College of Arts and Sciences.
R. Kyle Hodgen is IN! In 1996, Kyle earned his BSN from the School of Nursing and his DNP in 2013. He has now worked to become a U.S. Air Force surgeon general nurse anesthesia consultant and an assistant professor for the Nurse Anesthesia Program at USU Daniel K. Inouye Graduate School of Nursing.
Judith Thomas is IN! Judith graduated in 2013 from the UAB School of Health Professions with a B.S. in Health Care Management and Administration. She currently works at Grandview Medical Center in Birmingham as the practice manager over a Grandview primary care office.
