He is also the CEO of LUCIDITY360, an IT and Business Process consulting practice focused on improving efficiencies and automation for small to medium businesses. Prior to these engagements he was employed at Snelling Services, Intrepid USA Healthcare, Netversant Solutions and Amweld International in a shared services model as the VP of IT from October 2010 to February of 2012 leading the information technology strategy and operations for all four enterprises within the Patriarch Partners private equity firm. Eric earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998.

Tekeda Ferguson, PhD, MSPH, MPH, is currently Chair and Associate Professor of Epidemiology at the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center (LSUHSC) School of Public Health in New Orleans. She has a secondary faculty appointment in the School of Medicine, Department of Physiology where she is an Associate Director of the LSUHSC Comprehensive Alcohol Research Center (CARC) Admin Core. Dr. Ferguson has expertise in chronic disease epidemiology and her work focuses on taking a biopsychosocial approach to understanding the social environment as well as traditional pathophysiologic measures on the influence of chronic diseases such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and cancer.
