Title of Project: 32AS – Significance of metabolic activation of lumisterol in the skin
Project Description:
The project is to tests the effects of novel lumisterol derivatives on skin functions, skin cancer and test their photoprotective properties. Techniques of cell biology, molecular biology and biochemistry will be used. The student will work under supervision of an experienced investigator who will gradually will introduce his/her to these techniques.
