Title of Project: 28YS – Emotional Well-being and Economic Burden Network (EMOT-ECON) Research Network
Project Description:
The purpose of the EMOT-ECON Research Network is to bring together multidisciplinary scientists across institutions to take a transdisciplinary approach to answering the most urgent emotional well-being and economic burden questions. This is a newly funded grant that is in the process of developing an interactive website, building a social media presence, and implementing an innovative pilot project program. The CaRES intern will conduct a literature review to identify and collect measures that assess financial burden, toxicity etc., research organizations and individuals on social media that post on cancer and economic burden to identify followers we may want or people we may want to add to our network, help build the calendar of social media content/posts, and assist with planning a virtual kickoff event (e.g., how do we structure, make it interesting, what are the professional organizations/listervs do we need to advertise to). The intern will also analyze the data from google analytics (a website analytics dashboard), such as traffic to the website, individual page traffic, source of the traffic, and determining what content works best with what social media platform.
