BIO
Ms. Lawless, a native Alabamian, graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) in 2022. She was trained as a Chemical and Biomedical Engineer. She has a well-rounded skill set, including sterilization, pipetting, spectroscopy, and cell culturing, harvesting, programming languages, and communication. She was a UAH Dean/President’s List Recipient between 2018 and 2021. Besides, she is active in community service as a member of UAH Volley Ball Team, American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Whitesburg Baptist Church. She started her PhD program in Fall 2022 and joined the UAB Zhang lab.
