Ms. Kidd joined UAB Dept. of Biomedical Engineering (BME) in 2021 as an administrative staff, associated to the PI Dr. Jianyi Zhang, after nine years serving UAB Pathology’s Division of Laboratory Medicine. She helps the PI and the lab in communicating with other associations inside/outside UAB, organizing BME’s and the lab’s event, and most importantly, supporting the lab’s daily activities. She was the Employee of the Month among the University of Alabama system in September 2013.
