He is also the CEO of LUCIDITY360, an IT and Business Process consulting practice focused on improving efficiencies and automation for small to medium businesses. Prior to these engagements he was employed at Snelling Services, Intrepid USA Healthcare, Netversant Solutions and Amweld International in a shared services model as the VP of IT from October 2010 to February of 2012 leading the information technology strategy and operations for all four enterprises within the Patriarch Partners private equity firm. Eric earned an MBA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1998.
