FAQ: Volunteers
How often do CRWM events take place?
Answer: CRWM events takes place at least once a month, or more, depending on group and leader availability. In general, we encourage first-time leaders to go one time and see if you like it, because it’s no contract. Typically, once a month works well, but it is ultimately up to personal preference.
How many groups/experiences do I have to lead?
Answer: There is no limit! You can lead as few as one or as many as you want. You also aren’t required to do it alone! A partner can help lead events and increases safety with a second set of eyes.
Do I have to attend a group first?
Answer: You certainly can, but it is not required. Attending a group can further your understanding of the layout of the event and allow you to ask any questions you may have.
