Erin Smith is IN! She earned her Bachelor of Arts in 2005 and is now a licensed mental health counselor in the State of Florida, working as a military family and life counselor for the U.S. Navy.
Tiffany Orum is IN! She earned her bachelor’s degree in music technology in 2005 and is now passing on her knowledge as a music instructor at Trenholm State Community College.
Shakeyla Tarver is IN! After earning her bachelor’s degree in sociology from UAB in 2019, this graduate became a human resources administrator at UAB.
David Rainer is IN! This communications management graduate earned his bachelor’s degree from the UAB College of Arts and Sciences in 2003.
Scott Adamson is IN! He graduated with his bachelor’s degree from the UAB College of Arts and Sciences in 1985. Now, Scott is a content writer/editor at adamsonmedia.com in Birmingham.
Julia Sanford is IN! This theatre major graduated in 1975 with her bachelor’s degree from the UAB College and Arts and Sciences. Today, she is an actor at The Road Theatre Company in California.
Michelle Burton is IN! After earning her bachelor’s degree in sociology from the UAB College of Arts and Sciences in 1998, this graduate went on to become a current social security administration employee as a member of management in the disability processing branch.
Barbara Kerr is IN! She earned a B.A. in mass communications with a concentration in journalism from UAB in 2015. Barbara is now a communications project coordinator at Encompass Health in Alabama.
Geraldine Long is IN! Geraldine is a three-time graduate, earning her B.S. in biology and chemistry, B.S. in psychology, and her B.A. in sociology. She now enjoys spending time with her family in Alabama, where she now lives and works.
Danielle Ivey is IN! In 2017 she graduated with her bachelor’s degree in English, then she graduated again in 2020 with another bachelor’s degree in communication management. She is currently a digital philanthropy specialist at UAB.
Haywood Neely is IN! Haywood is a two-time graduate of UAB! He earned his B.A. in music/music technology in 1999 and his B.A. in communication studies/broadcasting in 2005. Now, he is a music teacher at Texas City ISD.
Junias Jackson is IN! This Army Captain earned his B.A. in history, with a double minor in military science and Spanish, from UAB in 2009. He then graduated again with an MBA from UAB in 2019. Junias is now an Army Commissioned Officer, working in force development.
