Study. Socialize. UAB student life at its best.

An eye-catching fixture of UAB’s Southside presence since 2008, the Campus Green is both a functional access point to some of the most heavily trafficked areas of campus and an enormous natural refuge nestled within our urban landscape. The Campus Green represents a safe, useful, and beautiful resource for students, faculty, staff, and visitors alike. Many of campus’ most active academic buildings, libraries, residence halls, and rec facilities are all conveniently located adjacent to the Campus Green, making most of your day-to-day travel easy and centralized. Whether it’s for a concert, a club event, or just an afternoon in the sun, we’ll see you on the Green!

Choose how you use your green space. The Campus Green belongs to you!

The gardens at the Campus Green bring beautiful, seasonal blooms for all Blazers to enjoy.

It’s where to be between classes. Enjoy the Green your way.

Centrally located, the Campus Green is the place to meet up with friends for some social or study time.

Take in some sun. There’s always something going on at the Green.

Throw a blanket down, and enjoy those sunny days on the lush Campus Green while listening to a new playlist or cramming for that exam.
