Nursing home workers from any position are invited to participate in this interview study. Interviews are 30-60 minutes and held over the phone or video conference. About the Study
Working in a nursing home can be challenging as well as rewarding. The research study is about the experiences of nursing home workers. If you choose to participate, I will ask about your relationships with residents, your wellbeing, and what you like and dislike about your job. Sharing your experiences can help researchers to understand how to better support nursing home workers.
