JULY 24, 2019 – Yazen Shihab was one of two students to be awarded the Surgery Undergraduate Research Experience (SURE) / Neuroscience Honors joint summer scholarship. We are proud of his work this summer!
Yazen gave an amazing presentation on the mycotoxins project he has been working on under the guidance of his mentors: Danilea M Carmona Matos, Dr. Herbert Chen and Dr. Renata Jaskula-Sztul.

yeah i heared the expands their intensity for admission to clinical school and to urges them to think about vocations in scholastic medication, especially the field of a medical procedure. The program expands on a strong establishment of undergrad research that as of now exists at UAB.
