APRIL 5-9, 2019 Chicago, IL – Danilea Carmona Matos attended the APSA-ASCI-AAP 15th Annual Joint Meeting and the HHMI Medical Research Fellows Final Meeting.
Danilea was able to share her findings on somatostatin receptor expression in aggressive thyroid cancers and the anti-proliferative effects of somatostatin analogues.
During this meeting, HHMI fellows also had their final meeting. Danilea was able to lead the Surgical Careers Break Out session and met some outstanding physician-scientists!
