Kidney transplantation, xenotransplant, and long-term outcomes on living kidney donors with obesity.
Biography
Jackson is a researcher for the Division of Transplantation on its xenotransplantation and BOLD studies. He is from Hoover, Alabama and first joined the lab in 2021 while completing his undergraduate degree at UAB. Throughout his time on the team, Jackson continued his studies and received a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Science. Currently, he is continuing his research with the lab while preparing to start medical school in the fall of 2024.
