Registration for the 14th Annual SouthON Meeting and the 7th Annual Southeast Regional Research Symposium March 25-27, 2024 is Now Live!

This year’s conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Lexington, Kentucky March 25-27, 2024.

The SouthON Meeting and Workshop will be held on Monday, March 25, 2024.

The Southeast Regional Research Symposium will begin on Tuesday, March 26 and will end late afternoon Wednesday, March 27, 2024.  

The SouthON/SERRS Keynote Speakers and workshop focus will be on health and safety hazards in the Equine and Distillery Industries.

Keynote speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.

Researchers from the Southeast will present on their innovative projects in Occupational Health and Safety.

Select students from the SE Region Universities will also present research posters.

Hotel Information: The Hyatt provides free parking for overnight guests in the Central Bank Parking lot directly across the street from the Hyatt Hotel. Parking is also complimentary for meeting attendees. The Hyatt also provides a complimentary shuttle to and from the Lexington Bluegrass Airport on a first come first serve basis. The discounted room block rate for the nights of March 24-28th is $139.00 per night. Reservations must be received by the cut-off date of February 25, 2024. Thereafter, reservations will be taken on a space availability basis at prevailing rates. 

Join us for a free tour of Keeneland,Tuesday March 26th, at 3:00 p.m.  We will provide transportation to and from the Hyatt to the Keeneland Race track. Please verify in registration if you will be attending the tour.
