The Pre/Co-Clinical Section (PCS) is the initiating site for secure variant nominations and patient consent. It functions to collect patient history, define clinical presentation, develop a clinical summary, establish the variant ACMG genetic classification, and evaluate the clinical correlation between the patient and the disease presentation in the animal model generated by the Center.
