Biography
My name is Adrian Harsono and I am excited to join Dr. Chu’s lab as a postdoctoral fellow!
I was born and raised in Indonesia, where I completed my medical school. After graduating I completed my internship and practiced medicine in different settings from primary to secondary healthcare level. I have been involved with lab activities since April 2022, working on some projects about enhanced recovery protocol (ERP) while completing my Master of Science in Public Health from UAB in 2023. My main research focus is adapting existing ERPs to the contextual needs of low-health literacy populations. Outside of medicine, I really love playing tennis, indoor cycling, and traveling!
