Dr. Jones was recognized at the 9th Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) Society World Congress for her abstract focusing on identifying downstream components of enhanced recovery that are associated with receiving preoperative education. This research will be aid in refocusing education efforts to improve the quality of preoperative education for patients, especially within vulnerable patient populations.
