Dr. Burke Smith is a PGY2 resident in the Department of Surgery who will be joining our colorectal lab team at the start of 2022. Recently, he was one of six residents selected by the American College of Surgeons for a Resident Research Scholarship Award for 2022-2024. We are beyond proud of the tenacity and dedication of the members of our lab team and excited to see his contributions to the field.
