Dr. He received her medical degree from Beijing University of Traditional medicine, her PhD degree in Pharmacology from GuangZhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Before she joined UAB, she had been a faculty in Department of Pharmacology of Sun Yat-sen university for 13 years. Her previous research work focused on molecular mechanism of cardio-renal metabolism. As a research associate in Dr.Russell’s lab, she conducts in vitro and in vivo experiments to explore the roles of ADAMTS-13 AND VON Willebrand factor in traumatic brain injury.
