GROWTH is an online, interactive, group-based mental health and wellbeing program designed with people with mobility limitations for people with mobility limitations. In the current form, it is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am central to 11:15 am central via zoom for six weeks.

- What to do when you recognize signs of distress
- Self-Help Therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance, Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Self-Care Practices and Strategies like Mindfulness, Meditation, Self-Compassion, Gratitude, Affirmations, Deep Breathing, Brain Dump, Journaling, Art, Meditation, Exercise, Healthy Ways to Release Emotions and Frustrations; Setting Boundaries, and more!
- Examining various ways of thinking about how we navigate the world and manage our emotions like the Spoon Theory metaphor and the Enneagram
- Exploring what ableism is and how it might impact our mental well-being as well as ways that Advocacy, Self-Advocacy, and Connections can support our mental well-being
