Our group combines single-molecule FRET and super-resolution imaging with biochemistry and thermodynamics to reveal unique insights into nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) structural dynamics and its role in protein-nucleic acid interaction. We study DNA damage and gene regulation in cancer and other disease.
