IH for Safety Managers: Risks, Requirements, Management and Pitfalls
Course Overview:
This 90-minute course is designed to teach EHS managers and other professionals essential information needed to effectively manage their Industrial Hygiene (IH) program. Participants will learn about regulatory enforcement and other legal risks associated with workplace exposures, how to build a defensible industrial hygiene program, key deliverables and records they should be able to produce, ethical responsibilities, and case studies highlighting potential mistakes to avoid.
Who Should Attend:
This course teaches participants to manage IH responsibilities, even if they do not have detailed technical knowledge or experience practicing IH at a professional level. EHS professionals and other management/operational personnel whose work includes IH responsibilities should attend.
