The National Institutes of Health (NIH) Community Engaged Alliance (CEAL) against COVID-19 Disparities was created to help address the inequities that arise from the pandemic. Community engagement teams from Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana collaborated with a shared mission of creating strategies and messaging to effectively inform vulnerable communities.
