The Systems Pharmacology AI Research Center (SPARC) aims to advance the use of artificial intelligence (AI), patient digital twins, and systems pharmacology in drug discovery through research innovation and multi-disciplinary collaborations. SPARC is nurturing an ecosystem of integrated AI drug discovery (iAIDD) for dry and wet lab experts along with other stakeholders. SPARC also provides education and training opportunities to help ready the next generation of researchers for iAIDD.

Curate AI-ready open data sets and develop novel AI tools to aid therapeutic target discovery.

Leverage predictive, generative, and agentic AI to aid the discovery of small molecules, biologics, and other novel drug modalities for oncology, neurology, infectious diseases, and other therapeutic areas.
Digital Medicine
Develop digital twins to aid preclinical and clinical evaluation of drug efficacy, pharmacokinetics/dynamics, and toxicity as well as pioneer programmable drug development platforms.
