Postdoctoral Fellows and Graduate Students

We have open Ph.D. student and Postdoc roles in the lab.

Selected candidates will benefit from complete support to:
1) Perform chromatin conformation experiments.
2) Compete for external funding (NIH and AHA).
3) Publish in peer-reviewed journals.

The successful candidate can expect to:
1) Draft and publish as first- and/or co-author.
2) Present findings at scientific meetings.
3) prepare competitive funding proposals.
4) Form part of multidisciplinary collaborations.
5) Train and supervise undergraduateS students.

Preferences:
1) Familiarity with techniques such as Western Blot, qRT-PCR, Immunofluorescence, and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation.
2) Experience in sequencing library preparation and sequencing data analysis is preferred but not required.
3) The candidate should be comfortable working with mouse models and willing to learn bioinformatics.
