WeMerge leaders hosted a successful three-day writing retreat in Birmingham, Alabama, for scholars from diverse backgrounds. The retreat focused on practical writing strategies to support work on manuscripts, grant proposals, and conference presentations. Participants wrote alongside one another, shared feedback, and encouraged each other throughout the process.
Participants attended an NIH Grant Writing Workshop hosted by Dr.Erin Quinlan- NCCIH Program Officer.
Participants enjoyed a group dinner together.
