PI: Dr. M.K. Sewell-Loftin

Dr. Sewell-Loftin joined UAB in January 2020 as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biomedical Engineering and as an Associate Scientist in the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her lab focuses on understanding how mechanical forces drive tumor growth and angiogenesis, using unique 3D microtissue models.
