Career Advocacy initiatives seek to serve trainees at their stage and career journey. Through nuts and bolts editing and review of CVs, biosketches, and application materials, to coaching in mock interviews, and general career coaching, the career advocacy initiatives seek to aid the trainee to have a strong footing for their next career goal. No career path is a straight line, these initiatives can aid in the next step.

Read more about the different initiatives below and engage with the opportunities that fit you best.

TL1 Career Advocacy

Current TL1 Scholars Initiative seeks to identify key areas of professional growth and development for the TL1’s and connects them directly to an advocate to aid in that growth.

KUHmmunity Career Coaching

Undergraduates, Gap Year Interns, and predoctoral and postdoctoral fellows can set up a meeting and/or send in materials to go over their next tangible career step and what is practically needed to help them get there. This can be a CV, Biosketch, applications, interviews, and more. Complete the form below and we will follow up.
