My name is Jaspinder Sanghera. I was born and raised in England, completing my medical school there at the University of Birmingham. After graduation, I have worked as a doctor in the UK for the last two years practicing in a variety of healthcare settings. I am now excited to be joining the Fonseca lab as a post-doctoral research fellow, investigating barriers to access in foregut cancer. I am passionate about traveling, experiencing new cultures, medical education and removing health disparities in surgical cancer outcomes.
