The annual event provides excellent opportunities for students to interact with researchers from academia (engineering, nursing, public health, and medicine) and practitioners working in occupational and environmental health and safety.

The 2022 Symposium will be held March 21-23, in Chapel Hill, NC. During the Symposium, recipients of the 2020 Pilot Project Research Grants will give presentations on their work and selected students from universities in the SE region will be invited to present research posters relevant to the occupational health and safety area.
