Ms. Patel has experience working in different administrative roles from administrative intern to executive director within HSOM, and now functioning in a dual role that straddles the UAB Medicine and UAB HSOM. She will assist in ensuring all available resources are collated as a reference, offer content around the topic of employee wellness, and use her resources to identify panelists, mentors, and presenters across the organization and share her personal experience navigating professional growth in a complex system.
