Administrative Core

The Administrative Core provides leadership, oversight, direction, and the administrative support services necessary for the timely and ethical conduct of research and education. As such, the Administrative Core coordinates the scientific, operational, and financial operations of the UAB Research Center of Excellence in Arsenicals.  The Administrative Core also facilitates communication between the Center’s projects as well as the other core directors. Dr. Mohammad Athar is the lead for the Administrative Core and is assisted by leaders of the individual projects as well as the other core directors. 

Mr. Barry Bailey serves as the Lead Program Manager for the Center and assists Dr. Athar with the day-to-day operations of the Center.
