While APSTI provides trainings to upskill employees on various research, program evaluation, human resources, financial management, and other topics, we also recognize that organizations may desire to employ the expertise of other individuals to directly carry out a project. In that case, developing a research or consulting project may be more aligned with your goals. Through a discovery call, we will assess your desired goal and determine if an APSTI faculty member’s knowledge and skills aligns. If so, we’ll serve as a connector, helping you determine the scope, timeline, and cost.

• A new performance appraisal system;
• A report analyzing year-end financials;
• And other tailored applications.

In addition, APSTI can arrange to lead professional development trainings offered in the micro-credential program for a number of your staff. That is, instead of sending individuals to the existing workshops, we can tailor a workshop(s) to meet your organization’s needs, delivering it on-site on a day and time that works best for your staff.
