Reading and printing PDF files
To view and/or print PDF files, you need to install Adobe Acrobat
Reader.
You may need one of the latest versions (4.05 or 5.0 or higher),
the earlier versions may not work.
After you install Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can just click on any
“PDF” link on my page, and the Reader will open up automatically
and display the document.
Adobe Acrobat Reader may be also quite helpful to you. It can read
and print tax return forms and many other official documents
available on the Internet.

from Adobe home page. The download file size is 5.6 Megabytes.
